The city of Grottaferrata is a short 20 kilometers from Rome. The new Grand Traiano Art Complex will be located on the site of an old existing villa, situated in a beautiful park.
The future housing complex will be in the back of the property, behind a public park and new museum. The master plan and the musuem are designed by JohnstonMarkLee Architects from Los Angeles.
