The hotel complex is situated at some distance from the city center of Toulouse, close to an industrial and commercial heritage unique in Europe as well as to the Toulouse-Blagnac International Airport, in a prime front row location within Toulouse’s forthcoming colossal PEX (Parc des Expositions) development, an exhibition, trade fair, and conference center designed by the renowned architectural firm OMA.
From the mosaic-tiled forecourt on the ground level rise three structures housing diverse programs: a 4-star hotel with a 5-star executive level, a 3-star hotel, and the spa and wellness zone. Restaurants, retail outlets, and co-working spaces are woven into all the interstices on every level yet remain sufficiently visible to attract a broad range of publics.
