The two lounge tables are designed as a contrasting pair. Whereas the main focus of consideration for one was reducing the structure to a minimum, for the other, a sculptural form was sought for the same load transfer geometry.
The lounge table wood is based on the geometry of two triangles rotated in relation to one another. The frame consists of a series of wood strips nested into one another and held together with a tie rod.
