COMMUNICATIONS & COORDINATION MANAGER (40 %)
We are looking for a communications & coordination manager to join our team in Basel.
This is not a traditional PR role. We are looking for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and making things happen. Someone who communicates clearly, works independently, and takes ownership.
You will coordinate HHF's external communication and help transform projects into publications, exhibitions, lectures, awards, and conversations, while building efficient workflows and coordinating internal support.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate HHF's communication across projects and platforms
• Manage publications, media relations, website and social media
• Organize lectures, exhibitions, events, photoshoots and submissions
• Write, edit and coordinate texts and communication material
• Coordinate external collaborators, including photographers, graphic designers, publishers and journalists
• Organize, prioritize and follow up communication tasks across the office
• Coordinate internal support, delegate routine tasks and ensure quality
You
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
• Strong interest in architecture, design and culture
• Excellent English and very good German; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in communications, publishing, architecture or the cultural sector is preferred

ZEICHNER*IN (FACHRICHTUNG ARCHITEKTUR)
Zu sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine*n Zeichner*in (Fachrichtung Architektur).
Dein Profil:
• Ausbildung als Zeichner*in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur
• Planungserfahrung in der Schweiz
• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in ArchiCAD
• Freude im Team zu arbeiten
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch-/Englischkenntnisse aufgrund internationaler Projekte von Vorteil

AUSFÜHRUNGSARCHITEKT*IN
Zu sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine*n Ausführungsarchitekt*in.
Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium (ETH/FH oder vergleichbar)
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Schweiz
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der SIA-Phasen, Schweizer Normen und Baurecht
• Ausgeprägte gestalterische Kompetenz und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Sicherer Umgang mit ArchiCAD
• Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
